The role:
- AsHead of Growth Marketing you will initially be in a stand alone role being responsible for driving growth customer acquisition and optimising marketing performance.
- Reporting to the Marketing Director the Head of Growth Marketing you will develop and execute data driven marketing strategies that maximize ROI and achieve ambitious business goals.
- Managing a significant budget the Head of Growth Marketing will grow a small but high performing team as the business grows and scales.
- The Head of Growth Marketing will have responsibility for ecommerce across all channels including SEO, Paid Media, CRM and customer loyalty
- The Head of Growth Marketing will have a strategic mindset but the ability to get their sleeves rolled up to drive execution in this fast paced scale up environment.
- In the role the Head of Growth Marketing will use data analytics and marketing technology to drive strategy and decision making
- The Head of Growth Marketing will work collaboratively with content, tech and ops teams to align Growth Marketing to wider business strategy.
Ideal candidate:
- This Head of Growth Marketing role is ideal for an individual who has excellent Growth Marketing experience gained from a fast-paced growing consumer faced organisations. You must be able to thrive in a scale up environment with less defined processes and ways of working and have worked in a start up or owner led environment.
- TheHead of Growth Marketing will be able to be successful in a company where the key objective is expansion and will be comfortable in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. However, you will have excellent attention to detail, you will have a data driven mindset and use insights to drive decision making
- You will have a proven track record of managing the customer acquisition funnel for a B2C business
- For the role the Head of Growth Marketing will have a strong understanding of CRO and SEO along with strong experience with Google Analytics.
- You will be looking for a Head of Growth Marketing role where you will thrive in developing strategy, rolling your sleeves up, getting stuck in and being part of a scale up brand.
- Ideally you will currently (or previously) be working in a high growth proposition and will be comfortable with rapid growth and change.
- TheHead of Growth Marketing must have excellent project management experience and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Having a can-do attitude the Head of Growth Marketing will be excited to be part of a rapid scale up and will be able to adapt as the business grows
