Salary: Circa £75,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head ofDevelopment & Sales. In this senior role, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, effective management, and exceptional leadership to our Development & Sales team. Your primary focus will be on leading the delivery of Coastline's new homes development programme, aligning with our Development Strategy, and contributing significantly to our mission of addressing the housing crisis in Cornwall.
You will have extensive experience in the development of new homes, preferably including affordable housing, and have a wider understanding and experience of business planning, including experience of managing budgets and cashflow. You will be able to demonstrate the importance of risk management and be able to put mitigations in place to protect Coastline’s interests. As an experienced leader and manager, you will know how to optimise team performance as well as being a skilled negotiator, used to working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
A full driving licence and satisfactory basic DBS check are essential for this role.
