You’ll be leading a small but mighty marketing and customer service team, working across marketing, PR and commercial, joining at an exciting time as they roll out a new brand identity and look ahead to a packed programme of special events.

As Head of Marketing you will:
- Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategies
- Manage the roll-out and consistency of the new brand across all channels
- Supervise marketing and customer service teams, providing mentorship and support
- Collaborate with various teams to execute commercial, educational, and fundraising activities
- Establish effective communication processes within the department and across the organization.
- Ensure operational and data protection compliance for marketing systems
- Manage marketing budgets and achieve targets for visitor numbers and revenue
- Lead targeted marketing campaigns, oversee digital strategy, and manage agency contracts
- Starting salary up to £45,000 dependant on experience.
