lier relationships owned in Mortgage Lending including: Connells Survey and Valuation, Rightmove, Conveyancing Direct Ltd (CDPLL), Legal Marketing Services (LMS), Quest and TransUnion.Understand, and use, IRB models and strategy to introduce in to working practices and work with other parts of the business to co-ordinate strategy and derive the most effective commercial advantage.Ensure compliance to lending policy.Ensure that the end-to-end procurement and supplier life cycle is followed for all supplier relationships.Accountable for the important business service of releasing completions funds (IBS) Accountable for key business service: mortgage applications and mortgage completions.Owner of mortgage lending resilience framework.Interpret organisational priorities and needs, ensuring this information is cascaded consistently and effectively, encouraging dialogue and feedback.Manage the specification, development and implementation of solutions and enablers to address organisational and stakeholder needs and comply with legislative requirements, undertaking benchmarking where appropriate.Inspire and engage others through role modelling the values and behaviours, challenging examples of unacceptable behaviour.Monitor team engagement levels, use this information to build engagement and support the development of a high performance culture.What Do We Need From You?Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification.Mortgage lending (preferable residential mortgage) experience and process change experience, credit risk score card use, up to date regulatory knowledge and changes.Skills:Ability to lead, inspire and coach large teams of people to deliver good customer outcomes consistently.Ability to influence, engage and work in partnership with senior
