We are looking for a Head of Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who wishes to develop their operational management expertise. A member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will join a driven and collaborative team who are looking for an exceptional and personable Head of Operations who will enjoy contributing to a stimulating and community-focussed school environment.

This is a very varied and collaborative role, that involves working closely with the Head of Rosemead, Head of People Operations and IT Manager to deliver the full suite of business support services required by the school.

You will be responsible for estates, health and safety and administration and be an active contributor to the school’s development plan and associated strategic projects.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations-focussed manager, able to work to tight and competing deadlines, with excellent project management and line management skills, have strong financial acumen and the ability to handle challenging matters with confidence and discretion.
