On behalf an excellent health and social care provider, Cureyoursearch are recruiting for an operations manager to oversee a small mixture of supported living, residential and supported living services for adults over the age of 18 with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven area manager / operations manager / regional support manager or registered manager looking to further their career.

Location of the Head of Operations | Learning Disabilities role:
This office can be accessible from Oldham, Moston, Manchester, Salford, Cheetham Hill, Failsworth, Chadderton, Middleton, Moston, Denton, Tameside, Ashton, Altrincham, Bredbury, Stockport, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.

The Head of Operations | Learning Disabilities candidate:

• Must have at least 5 years management experience
• Must have good Learning Disabilities experience
• Must have good CQC knowledge
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be passionate about quality care
• Will have experience managing a team and have excellent care planning skills.

The Head of Operations | Learning Disabilities Package:

• Starting salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + package
