Head Of Operations

My client are a growing Contractor who specialise in the refurbishment of properties on behalf of investors and Social Housing providers, including HMOs, buy to let and commercial to residential refurbishments.

The company are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Operations to act as a number 2 to the company director.

The company are seeking to appoint an individual who has had experience in developing businesses and supporting their growth, as well as experience in business restructure and managing teams.

You will also be responsible for:

• Manage the day to day operations of the business, but also manage best practice.
• Overseeing all projects across each division, ensuring they are adequately resourced and staffed.
• Delivering successful presentations to Clients
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of health and safety

The successful candidate must be personable, approachable and be able to demonstrate strong leadership, commercial and people management skills.

• IOSH, NEBOSH tickets are ideal but not essential

The company are based in Manchester and offer some remote working.
