Head of Operations will be responsible for

• Oversee all operation strategy of the logistics department.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market conditions.
• Further develop the operation's automation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage budget and resources of the department.
• Participate in strategic decision-making processes.

Profile

A successful Head of Operations should have:

• A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail/ FMCG sector.
• Manage high value goods, and the security processes linked with it.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Stakeholder management on an international basis.
• Proficiency in managing resources and budgeting.
• Worked through significant peak periods, and balancing operational profitability across the full year
• Previously worked within an automated operation
• Proven success in growing an operation on an international scale within logistics distribution and supply chain

Job Offer
