With a commitment to excellence and sustainability our client is looking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as Head of Operations. A new opportunity to lead and shape the operations of an innovative manufacturing facility.
As Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the specialist manufacturing process. You will lead a resolute team and collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure the highest standards of production delivered.
This Head of Operations will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic direction and leadership for the entire manufacturing operation
- Implement and optimise processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall operational performance.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- You will lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and safety within the manufacturing team.
- Manage resources effectively to meet production targets, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standard and environmental guidelines.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to maintain necessary certifications and approvals.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Operations Management, master’s degree highly desired.
- Proven record of success in a leadership role within plastics or PVC manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of PVC production processes, quality control and best practices for the industry.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and people skills.
