HEAD OF PLANNING  – LUXE DIVISION

As part of the Business Planning team, we are currently recruiting for the exciting role of Customer Business Planner for Luxe. The Customer Business Planner will be the key pillar and point of contact across key stakeholder functions. You will have the opportunity for exposure to every step of the business plan as you work with brand partners to build a consensus customer forecast.

You will

As Head of Planning, you will lead the Planning Function for LLD and play an active role in the Luxe Supply Chain Management Committee. This role manages a team of 14, with 3 direct reports - Senior Demand Planner, Senior Supply Planner, and Senior Launch Planner.

You will define and mobilize your team to execute a vision for the planning function that improves supply chain performance, meets the current and future needs of the business, and incorporates best practices. 

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the divisional S&OP process:

?    Robust forecast validation process by brand incorporating commercial insights and channel view

?    Supply meets demand

?    Stakeholder engagement and needs are met

?    The control of supply chain costs in-line with budget 

?    Audit compliance

?    Continuous improvement of Planning operations

You and your team will be accountable for:

?    Sales forecast process 

?    Stock availability and order fulfilment

?    Catalogue and product lifecycle management

?    ORL Management (Excess & obsoletes, Destructions, Returns, and Clearance)

?    Transmission accuracy and follow-up with S&OP Team

?    Regulation conformance 

You will build excellent relationships both inside and outside of the LLD Division and foster an environment of collaboration and adoption of best practices between teams.

You will proactively seek improvements and support the delivery of business projects where necessary

You will lead the budget process and objectives setting for planning defining KPIs (Forecast, Availability and Service), Costs (Stock and Excess & Obsoletes) and improvement projects.

 

You will be responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of the Luxe Planning Team.

You have

Experience & Skills

?    Supply Chain Management, 5 years + experience with a strong understanding of S&OP

?    A creative thinker, willing to challenge existing processes and propose solutions

?    Confident managing complexity in a time-pressured environment

?    Experience in delivering results through cross-functional collaboration

?    Strong networking skills – cross-divisional and geography, to borrow with pride best practices, review and improve processes. Share best practices with the wider team in turn.
