We are looking for a Head of Sales.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and motivate the full Business Development team in effectively identifying, targeting and managing new business to maximise opportunities to meet sales growth targets
- Actively contribute to the creation of strategic sales plans and building and developing enduring customer relationships.
- Manage the performance of the sales team; goal setting, monitoring and review, including contribution to the design and implementation of a meaningful performance-based incentive programme
- Be responsible for the collation, evaluation, and accurate reporting of Sales revenue data
- Post-award and internal governance to create the best value solution for all parties with long term relationship potential
You will ideally have:
- The ability to manage requirements to match and exceed expectations
- Proven work experience as a Head of Sales / Senior BDM or similar in a related industry
- Experience of leading and developing a work winning team
- Experience of successfully developing new business pipeline, account management, meeting, and surpassing sales targets
