Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team Of Sales professionals to excel in their roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress to the Directors.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and planning.
- Implement effective sales processes and CRM tools to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain competitive.
Your Experience:
- Background in B2C Sales Management with a track record of managing teams of at least 10+ Advisors.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
