We are currently recruiting for a Planning & Performance Manager at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (bpf). The bpf is one of the largest psychotherapy membership and training organisations in Europe, with 600 members and trainees. We are also a UK registered charity. We train therapists through high-quality, intensive clinical training programmes; we provide a dynamic professional home for our members; and we promote increased public awareness and access to the therapies we teach. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that bpf delivers best value services within its budget.

Role description
The Planning & Performance Manager will lead and manage the delivery of performance and planning services for the bpf for strategy, performance, and service transformation.
The role will ensure all business and operational plans align with the bpf strategy and objectives. They will also coordinate and prioritise their delivery in line with the requirements of the planning and performance with commitments to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
The role will lead on the systems, processes and reporting needed to ensure that bpf complies with its corporate responsibilities for leadership and achievement of business objectives.
The Planning and Performance Manager is responsible for developing associated business and operational.
Essential criteria
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate some aspects of the following. Please download our JD for full essential and desirable criteria:
· Educated to degree level, with Prince 2 or equivalent.
· Experience of working in a strategic planning environment, providing information and intelligence to senior management.
· Experience of working with datasets and interpreting and presenting key findings.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work on own initiative and work effectively as a team member.
A DBS check will be undertaken by the bpf.
