We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join us to help shape our tenant led services. The role oversees all our customer, housing and over 55’s sheltered housing provision and will be responsible for embedding the new Tenant Services Team following our recent restructure. The successful candidate will provide visible and innovative leadership and in particular will lead on uniting our customer facing teams, ensuring a one-team approach to services.
This is a challenging and varied role. You must have the ability to think and lead strategically buy also not be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
You should ideally have extensive experience in housing management, including the delivery of excellent customer focused housing services and a track record of driving service improvement whilst engaging staff members within your team. You will ensure that the voice of our customers is sought through engagement and ensure that feedback continues to influence decisions and service provision.
You must have excellent communication and project management skills and a strong customer focus. You will have a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector and have the ability to keep abreast of regulatory, statutory and legal changes which may affect our services.
