SalaryA Head Pastry or strong Pastry Sous Che is required for a stunning Midlands hotel. You will be responsible for running your Pastry Department with 4 other Pastry Chefs. You will be responsible for afternoon tea, weddings, banqueting and desserts for the dinner service (that the restaurant team send)
Pastry Chef Snapshot:
• Upto £35,000
• Straights shifts
• 40 hours
• Birmingham city centre
• State of the art equipment
• Daytime shifts (Usually finish by 6pm)
• 4 Chef in Pastry Team
