Siamo is looking for an experience Health and Safety Coordinator!

Main Requirements of a Health and Safety Coordinator:
- Maintain Health and Safety Systems.
- Asses on-site Equipment and Machinery, ensuring it is kept in working order.
- Investigate and Identify incidents and possible causes.
- Improve Health and Safety Standards.
- Educate employees on Health and Safety Standards.
- Monitor staff to ensure Health and Safety procedures and laws are being followed.
- Plan and implement policies and programmes in line with new changes.
- Provide recommendation for observations made to improve safety in workplace.
- Regularly conducting risk assessments.
Key Requirements of a Health and Safety Coordinator:
- Holding or working towards both NEBOSH and IOSH certificates.
- Previous experience as a Health and Safety Coordinator of 1 year is essential.
- A rigorous understand of UK Health and Safety Law is a must.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment is advantageous.

- High level or written, spoken, and reading English.
- Confidently work alone or with a team.
