Form of workThis Legal 500 recommended Defendant Healthcare team has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the London office of this Legal 100 firm.
In this role you will be acting on behalf of a range of NHS trusts and insurers, you will be responsible for a diverse range of healthcare cases including clinical negligence, consent issues, treatment of children, and mental health matters, from initial instruction through to settlement. In addition to running your own caseload you will also work in teams dealing with exceptionally complex, very high value claims.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 1+ PQE
- Running a Healthcare caseload
- Assisting on large, complex matters
