My client has an immediate vacancy for an Helpdesk Administrator to join a growing team based in Greenhithe.
Duties include:
- Booking in deliveries & collections of equipment
- Taking incoming calls for new or on-going tickets
- Updating bespoke database
- Entering details on excel
- Updating outlook with all delivery and collection schedules
- General administration details.
