Helpdesk Administrator
£25,000-£30,000

Our client is a high end and prestigious corporate security company with offices located in North West London. We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator with a strong background in client/customer services to join their team on a full time basis. This role is fully office- based Monday-Friday and offers parking and ample career prospects.
Duties will include;
* Liaising with clients and new customers via phone and email
* Assisting with the co-ordination of the service division and helpdesk
* General administration duties
* Coordinating engineers and sub-contractors to attend client sites for call outs, installation or repairs/maintenance
* Scheduling the engineering teams and sending quotes for remedial works
* Building relationships with suppliers
* Dealing with incoming stock deliveries and ensuring engineers are equipped for projects
* Assisting with new projects that arise
* Providing high levels of customer services
Key skills:
* Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service focussed role
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Strong IT skills
