Location: Bristol
As Homes Accountant you will be working closely with budget holders on:
- Operating as a business partner, providing financial analysis, development of forecasts as the main point of contact
- Liaise with Head of Finance to develop and implement budget & internal and external financial reports
- Modelling investment appraisals
- Helping maintain financial end of the business' asset management system
- Providing assurance to the Director in regards to finances
- Providing support to various teams with financial reports
- Liaising with Finance Teams to develop directorate reports
- Developing and maintaining processes to help shape ongoing delivery
To be successful in this Homes Accountant role you will need to:
- Be AAT qualified
- Have experience of business partnering
- Have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Have experience writing concise financial reports
