We are currently recruiting a Hospitality Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Robert Gordons University, Aberdeen, AB10 7QB

- Hourly rate of £11.44 per hour
- Full time – 35 hours per week
- Mainly Monday – Friday with occasional weekends if required
- Shifts range between 7.30am – 8pm, depending on hospitality bookings

What you'll be doing
- Food and beverage preparation for hospitality bookings
- Serving, cleaning and washing up
- Cleaning and maintaining the catering area before, during, and after events
- Assisting other parts of business when required
- Operating the till and cash handling
- Preparing orders when required
- Counting Stock take each month.
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.
- To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
- The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company
Experience
- A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is required
- Must be flexible to work in all areas of the business if required
- Excellent customer service skills
- A strong eye for detail
