Tonic are recruiting for a Hospitality Head Chef to join our client's B&I contract catering site in the City of London. You will be responsible for creating innovative menus for their high-level hospitality (3 rosette level). You must be passionate about sourcing seasonal ingredients and happy catering for a varied offer including buffets, lunches and canapes.
Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:
- A minimum of 2 years of hospitality and or events experience at Sous Chef level
- An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
- A driven and inspirational team leader who relishes motivating and developing others, getting the very best from their team everyday
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
