Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our four-star hotel. This includes managing staff, optimising processes, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about the hospitality industry but has experience in Hotel Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Oversee and optimize daily Hotel Operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Implement best practices to enhance the overall guest experience.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff performance and service standards.
Guest Relations:
Address guest concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Utilize online platforms to gather guest feedback and respond effectively.
Budget Management:
Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Manager to manage budgets and control costs.
Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
