SalaryAn opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and friendly receptionist to join our team here at Chateau Rhianfa. As receptionist you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring that they have leave having had a positive experience. Prior experience in hotels or restaurants is preferable but not essential and all training will be given.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Taking Reservations
Assisting guests and their enquiries,
Checking guests in and out of the hotel,
Processing payments,
Serving drinks and Taking Orders as required
Ensuring to answer calls and emails showing a high level of customer service at all times.
Candidates will ideally be educated to a good level and have some knowledge of administration and clerical procedures, be computer competent and have some customer service experience.
Candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends on a shift basis.
Once initial training has been completed there will be the opportunity for further training and progression with in the business.

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
