TQR Exeter are seeking a Hotel Receptionist for this luxury Hotel on the south Devon coast.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is searching for their next permanent role within a quality hotel in Sidmouth.

You will need to have.
- A positive and welcoming attitude to guests and colleagues.
- To deal with and revert incoming information accurately.
- Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the guest journey is personalised.
- Recent experience as a Hotel Receptionist
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- A neat appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Be comfortable when working alone.
