We have an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Manager to work with our client the NI Housing Executive. This role is based in Belfast City Centre in Adelaide street. This is a temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, and the salary is £18.81 per hour, working hours will be 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of the payroll department, processing transactions and invoices, assisting with investigations, ensuring all team members have tasks to complete, liaising with other departments, resolving any payroll issues and training staff.
What We Need From You:
- Recognised qualification in payroll accredited by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals
- 3 years experience managing a payroll function
- Knowledge of gross-to-net calculations, PAYE, National Insurance, SMP, SPP, SSP
- Experience of PSA’s, P11D’s, Salary Sacrifice schemes, HMRC Expenses taxation & exemptions
