Housing Management Systems Implementation Lead – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working a regional Housing Association in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a Housing Management Systems Implementation Lead on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. This role offers £40,000 per annum, hybrid and flexible working alongside excellent benefits such as 28 days annual leave and entitlement to join the Social Housing Pension Scheme.
Housing Management Systems Implementation Lead – Housing Association – About The Role:
- To work effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with specific responsibility for ensuring and assuring the delivery of Housing Management aspects of our new Housing Management System
- Gather together, analyse and evaluate data as required and directed or identified to ensure effective delivery of the assets aspects of the digital programme
- Ensure that project and programme risks are effectively identified, managed, monitored, escalated as required and reported
- Work with the Digital Programme Manager and wider Digital and Transformation management team to lead on the successful implementation of the system
- Ensure that the elements of the projects the role is responsible for are managed within the defined financial resource identified

- Hold expertise in Housing Management, including voids and allocations, income collection, tenancy management and anti-social behaviour
