Your Role:
As a Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of residents and the smooth operation of the housing services. Your responsibilities will include:
Tenancy and Neighbourhood Management
Managing tenancy agreements and lease compliance
Resolving tenant queries and concerns
Collaborating with external agencies to provide support services
Dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour Case
Tenant Participation

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Housing Officer
Strong understanding of housing policies and regulations
