About the Role:
The main purpose of the role is to support the housing directorate to ensure it complies with the requirements of the housing consumer standards including monitoring and scrutiny of performance and delivery across housing services.
The role will also support the delivery of a range of projects within the policy and information team, gathering data and coordinating information.
This role is now available due to the internal promotion of the current officer.
A likely candidate will have some operational or front-line housing experience and be looking to progress their career into a more strategically focussed role.
To be considered for interview, your CV and supporting statement will clearly evidence:
- Knowledge of and understanding of the Housing Consumer Standards
- Experience of monitoring performance
- Experience of report writing
- How you’ve built up good working relationships across an organisation.
