Kenwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd have partnered with an established charity to support with the recruitment for an experienced Housing Support Worker. The Housing Support Worker will be experienced in offering housing related support to young people with various needs.
The Housing Support Worker will carry out a range of duties, some of which are:

* To reduce youth homelessness by the delivery of high quality accommodation based services

* To contribute to the development and delivery of the strategic vision of the provider by supporting the ongoing growth and sustainability of the business
*
* To ensure the health and well-being of clients through managing safeguarding issues, sharing good practice and managing risk effectively
*
* To deliver a great service to their clients that engages them in working towards their positive futures
*
* To meet business standards of service delivery that surpass commissioners’ requirements and expectations
*
* To contribute to the quality and performance management for the area
This is a temp-ongoing role and does require an immediate start. The successful candidate will be experienced in writing detailed and tailored support plans as well as undertaking risk assessments in line with the support needs of the young people.
The Housing Support Worker will be a driver with access to their own car as this role does require attending 2 other sites within a short, driveable distance. You will have a DBS issued within the last 12 months or on the update service.
This role requires shift work as follows:
Early shifts: 9am to 5pm:
Late shifts: 1pm to 9pm
Weekends: if you are on the rota to work weekends, you can then claim back the weekend days worked, during the week ( please ask if unsure ).
