Salary A fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Administrator, to join a busy, values-driven public sector organisation. My client is currently seeking two capable, experienced administrators to join their dynamic team, located at their Preston and Bolton sites. (One role available for each location).
Your New Role
Within your new role as HR Administrator, you will provide an efficient and effective administrative service to support the function of the HR department. You will support with a wide range of HR administrative tasks:
* Detailed notetaking in Employee Relations Cases including Disciplinary, Grievance, plus other general HR meetings.
* Liase with colleagues regarding recruitment activity.
* Liase with HR colleagues, managers, staff and payroll services regarding HR & Payroll queries.
* Maintenance of the HR and ER Casework System.
* Welcome visitors to the HR department, handling queries and providing a customer focused service. (Face to face and over the telephone).
* Undertake scanning, electronic filing and HR photocopying.
* Monitor supplies and stationery and re-order as necessary.
* Support HR Advisors and HR Business Partners where required.
* Reporting
To be a success within this role, it is essential you have previous experience operating in a similar capacity, a keen eye for detail, strong IT and reporting skills and possess both excellent organisational and communication skills.
