Hr Administrator

HR Administrator, Northumberland

Salary circa £27,500

I’m delighted to be supporting this global manufacturing company in their search for an HR Administrator. They’re currently enjoying huge success and as a result they have an immediate requirement for some extra assistance in their small but incredibly busy HR Team.

The successful candidate will enjoy working in a generalist role and will be involved in all aspects of HR. Main duties will include (but not limited to):

• Assisting with all recruitment and selection and all related onboarding administration
• Assisting with the organisation of relevant training courses
• Working closely with the HR Officer to produce training records
• Administer the company sick scheme and all related administration that goes with this
• Absence Management
• Occupational Health
• Assist with employee wellbeing campaigns
• Administer the company private medical scheme
• Deputise for both HR Officers when required
• Many other ad-hoc HR projects

Criteria:

• Ideally will have qualified to CIPD Level 3 (preferred but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of MS office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Team player with a "muck in" attitude
