HR Administrator, Northumberland
Salary circa £27,500
I’m delighted to be supporting this global manufacturing company in their search for an HR Administrator. They’re currently enjoying huge success and as a result they have an immediate requirement for some extra assistance in their small but incredibly busy HR Team.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a generalist role and will be involved in all aspects of HR. Main duties will include (but not limited to):
- Assisting with all recruitment and selection and all related onboarding administration
- Assisting with the organisation of relevant training courses
- Working closely with the HR Officer to produce training records
- Administer the company sick scheme and all related administration that goes with this
- Absence Management
- Occupational Health
- Assist with employee wellbeing campaigns
- Administer the company private medical scheme
- Deputise for both HR Officers when required
- Many other ad-hoc HR projects
Criteria:
- Ideally will have qualified to CIPD Level 3 (preferred but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of MS office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Team player with a "muck in" attitude
