Our client, a reputable, forward thinking and rapidly expanding logistics organisation are seeking a HR Administrator for a newly created role.
The purpose of this role is to support the HR functions on a daily basis. Address queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Provide administrative support for HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Learning & Development activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Produce letters, meeting invitations, process outcomes etc.
* Coordinate diaries to book meetings and events with internal and external participants.
* Process set up/close down requests for new starters, transfers and leavers.
* Provide support to the HR Associate in order to coordinate recruitment activities.
* Assist with induction programmes for all new starters.
* Process reference requests as required.
* Provide support to the OD&L Manager to coordinate external providers and attendees for development functions.
