Description
- Maintenance of employee records
- Assisting with the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts
- Supporting the HR manager with HR projects
- Updating databases with personnel information
- Coordinating HR meetings and taking minutes
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with the performance review process
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A good understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work autonomously
- An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
