I am seeking a diligent and highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures and looking to take their first step into their HR career.

Description

• Maintenance of employee records
• Assisting with the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and issuing employment contracts
• Supporting the HR manager with HR projects
• Updating databases with personnel information
• Coordinating HR meetings and taking minutes
• Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assisting with the performance review process
• Providing general administrative support to the HR department

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

• A good understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work autonomously
• An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
