Overview:
Join an award-winning organisation located in Central Woking!
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the dynamic team on a FTC
Daily Duties include:
- Provide administrative support to HR Coordinators and HR Manager
- Manage the central Human Resources email inbox
- Process new starter documentation including contracts and links for DBS checks
- Assist new and existing employees with any DBS queries
- Produce documents or HR letters in line with legislation to a high standard
- Act as the first point of contact for routine HR matters
- Support Learning and Development Advisor and Resourcing Manager with administration tasks and first-line enquiries as needed
Sound interesting?...you must have:
- At least 12 months of experience in an HR administrator role or similar
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer focus
- A positive outlook with a can-do attitude, quick to learn new skills
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
