Hr Administrator

WINNER are currently recruiting for a PA / HR Admin to join our client in Smethwick, Birmingham.

The duties of the PA / HR Admin:

• Supporting customer and supplier queries.
• Writing HR Letters.
• Providing staff performance and attendance reports.
• Supporting procurement.
• Checking and approving internal documents.
• Taking minutes in staff disciplinary and grievance meetings.
• Arranging internal meetings for directors.
• Any other ad hoc needs to support the business.

The ideal PA / HR Admin:

• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must have a confident telephone manner.
• Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
• Must be neat and conscientious.
• Takes pride in work and appearance.
• Experienced office administrator.
• Helpful and caring nature.
• Energy with an ability to work under pressure.

The hours of work:

• 09:30 until 16:00.
• Monday to Friday.

Salary for the position is £13.00 per hour.
