WINNER are currently recruiting for a PA / HR Admin to join our client in Smethwick, Birmingham.
The duties of the PA / HR Admin:
- Supporting customer and supplier queries.
- Writing HR Letters.
- Providing staff performance and attendance reports.
- Supporting procurement.
- Checking and approving internal documents.
- Taking minutes in staff disciplinary and grievance meetings.
- Arranging internal meetings for directors.
- Any other ad hoc needs to support the business.
The ideal PA / HR Admin:
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Must have a confident telephone manner.
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Must be neat and conscientious.
- Takes pride in work and appearance.
- Experienced office administrator.
- Helpful and caring nature.
- Energy with an ability to work under pressure.
The hours of work:
- 09:30 until 16:00.
- Monday to Friday.
Salary for the position is £13.00 per hour.
