Location: This role is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our offices at Corby, Northamptonshire.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive HR Administrator to join our global People Services team. You will play a vital role supporting the full employee life cycle for the UK.
What you will be doing:
You will join our fantastic People Services team to provide first line response for all People related queries. Interfacing with employees, line managers, Centres of Expertise, People Technology, Business Partners, other functions, and third-party suppliers.
This is a highly varied role in terms of the topics and nature of advice required.
About you:
Experience of HR related processes, policies, and procedures.Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc or other equivalent People systems is desirable.Working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to flex priorities as and when needed.Able to use initiative and collaborate effectively to seek out solutions.Hungry to improve and develop your career in the People function.Obsessed with delivering for the customer and improving their experiences.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.We are RS Group:
