Hr Advisor (6 Mth Ftc)

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable business located in Cirencester who are recruiting a HR Advisor on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
The HR Advisor will provide support to the HR Business Partners and Head of HR in all aspects of Employee Relations across the business whilst they enter a period of transition with the transfer of over 270 staff under TUPE. This will include providing day to day HR support on behalf of the HR Business Partner and supporting the transition of services where required.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, equivalent to a degree or relevant experience of five years within an HR Advisor role , experience of working flexibly as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, experience of being involved in continuously improving services and developing products to meet customer needs , and the ability to resolve complex issues by negotiation.
