At Stockport Homes Group, we are passionate about transforming our customers’ lives and believe this is achieved through a highly engaged workforce. Alongside managing homes across Stockport, we have grown and diversified our services through our group structure, and now have over 700 colleagues. This role will provide dedicated HR support to our commercial company Three Sixty, who deliver diverse services including construction and repairs.

We are looking for someone to become a valued member of a vibrant People and OD team who will help us deliver the People and OD Strategy “Strengthen Belonging, Nurture Growth” and be a “go to” point for our managers on a day-to-day people management matters.
This role provides the unique opportunity to work in a more commercial environment, whilst still upholding the strong Stockport Homes Group values.
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience of employee relations casework
Strong core skills at HR Advisor level
CIPD qualification (or equivalent, relevant professional experience).
Strong influencing and assertiveness skills
The ability to challenge managers constructively
