Hr Advisor

HR Advisor £38000 - £40000, Manchester City Centre 

An excellent opportunity for a HR professional based in Manchester City centre working for a fast- growing SAAS business. This is an ideal opportunity for a HR Advisor who enjoys variety as you will be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and projects across the entire HR spectrum including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and development activity.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance on HR issues, HR policies and employee relations
• Provide guidance on people practices such as change management, organisation design, absence management, talent analytics and employee engagement
• Provide a comprehensive support to build strong talent pipelines and manage the recruitment processes
• Develop the onboarding and induction activities and provide a seamless transition into the business for all new starters
• Lead the review and updating of company HR policies to ensure they are always up to date and relevant to current legislation
• Manage the company HR system and ensure all information stored is appropriately retained in line with GDPR
• Conduct data analysis, to look at trends as well as providing reporting to the Management Team as required
• Provide coaching and feedback support to line managers to empower them to own the HR processes for their people across all areas
• Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business HR plans
• Support internal and external communications activities and the development of the business culture and engagement initiatives

You will require at least 2-3 year generalist HR experience and must be CIPD qualified.
