A successful manufacturing company is recruiting for an HR Advisor to work as part of the HR team to provide professional and efficient HR Support to the HR Manager.
Duties include:
- Absence management including conducting welfare calls, referrals to Occupational health.
- Discipline and grievances – supporting and coaching line managers.
- KPI reporting and HR data management.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the staff handbook and HR policies.
- Process all leavers via Online HR and time and attendance systems.
- Employee administration creating employee files, applying references, right to work checks and all other associated employee administration.
- Recruitment – liaising with agencies, reviewing CV’s and interviewing.
To be considered you will be working as HR Advisor/Administrator with good HR generalist experience including experience of conducting or note taking in disciplinary and grievance meetings. This is a maternity contract for 14 months. It is a lovely business to work for which provides a great opportunity to develop your skills.
