Your new companyDynamic and customer focused automotive group with a rich heritage. Currently seeking a competent HR Advisor to join their team in South Manchester. The role operates a hybrid working model, competitive benefits package including a car allowance.
Your new roleAs an HR Advisor, your role will be to provide sound HR advice to line managers on all employee relations matters, ensuring the development and implementation of effective HR policies and processes.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations: Managing a range of ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence managementCoaching and Advising: Provide timely advice and support to line managers in alignment with current policies and proceduresComplex People Matters: Support managers in handling complex casesOccupational Health: refer employees to occupational health when necessary and assist managers with reasonable adjustmentsProject Work: Support with any other generalist HR Project work
What you will need to succeed

• Experience with dealing with varied ER matters
