As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administration and HR support to the business across all aspects of human resources, including assisting with recruitment, disciplinaries, grievances, payroll, compiling and maintaining records, etc., to support the end-to-end employment life cycle.

If you were already in this Human Resources Coordinator position, here are some areas you could have been working in this week:

• Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Implementing, controlling, maintaining, and improving essential HR administrative processes to ensure all 'business as usual' activity is accurate and delivered on time
• Compiling and maintaining electronic employee records and ensuring archiving takes place at regular intervals
• Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
• Entering employee data into a computer database and ensuring the database is up-to-date and accurate

To apply for this HR role, you will need GCSE grade A-C in maths and English (or equivalent) and should be working towards a CIPD qualification. You will also require:

• At least 3 years in an HR administration role
• Experience working in a busy office environment
• Payroll experience, particularly with an outsourced payroll provider
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
