A dynamic growing services business is recruiting for an HR Advisor-ER Specialist who will provide reliable advice, coaching and guidance to line managers on a range of employee relations matters, with the aim of supporting consistent employee experience.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, duties include
- Proactively manage a caseload of ER cases in a timely and robust manner, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances absence management, performance, and capability.
- Provide expert reliable advice guidance & coaching to Line Managers in internal policies and procedures.
- Partner & Coach Line Manager on ER related areas.
- Lead on Exit interview processes, working with Line Mangers in encouraged active participation and providing.
- Supporting and working with the HR Business Partners to set and achieve personal objectives.
To be considered you will ideally be studying toward CIPD Level 5 and working as an HR or ER Advisor with good experience of managing a range of ER cases. In return you will have an opportunity to work with a fantastic nurturing business that is growing from strength to strength.
