Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Telford
Salary: Up to £32,000
As the HR Advisor, you'll be the driving force behind our people agenda and HR strategy. Partnering with our HR Manager, you'll provide first-line support to our fantastic line managers, ensuring we're not just compliant but leading the way in best practices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Be the main point of contact for HR queries, escalating to the HR Manager when required.
- Provide day-to-day advice to our line managers and staff, making sure the business are in line with employment law, policies, and best practices.
- Lead the monthly payroll processing with accuracy.
- Maintain strong employee relations, handling disputes, grievances etc
- Play a role in recruitment, from interviews to attending at recruitment fairs as our company ambassador.
- Produce monthly data reports that showcase our HR activities.
Your Background:
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or studying towards this.
- Previous HR administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within the food manufacturing industry or related
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR database systems.
- Ability to juggle tasks, embrace change, and work with a flair for agility.
