PageGroup are supporting a leading FMCG organisation based in Telford with the appointment of an exciting and varied HR Advisor opportunity.
Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully office based.
Description
Reporting to a HR Manager, the role of HR Advisor is a generalist position, supporting with all people matters at a busy manufacturing site.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Be the first point of contact on site for all people queries
- Lead employee relations casework
- Manage recruitment at this busy site
- Provide high quality HR advise and guidance to a range of stakeholders
- Ensure all employees are effectively inducted into the business
- Ensure all training needs are met and succession planning is in place
- Support the HR Manager as and when required
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven HR Advisor background in a similar role.
