This role will be based in Oxford City centre in a fun environment and modern office. The role also offers hybrid working (3 days in the office).
About the role
This is a key role where you will play a vital role within the HR team by providing administrative support around the entire employee life cycle.
The main areas of focus will be -
Recruitment - Posting the job adverts, liaising with recruitment agencies, speaking with short-listed candidates, arranging interviews, pre-employment checks, creating offering letters.
Employee life cycle - being the first point of contact for HR queries, scheduling inductions for new starters, drafting contracts, leavers, scheduling employee training.
General Administration - Ensure the HR system is up to date and accurate, providing ad-hoc reports and HR information, maintaining accurate employee records, support the team with any employee relations matters, including note taking in formal (disciplinary/grievance) meetings.
This is role that will give you great exposure to enhance your HR career within a friendly, growing organisation.
About you
This role would suit a junior candidate who is looking to take the next step in their HR Career. The ideal candidate will have had some HR exposure (6-18 month) who is seeking a long term role as this opportunity has a clear progression to develop in to a HR Officer/Advisor within the next 18 months
You will also need to possess the following skills to the suitable for this role -
Bags of enthusiasm with a desire to learn and support across a wide range of HR duties.
A friendly, proactive and professional manner.
Excellent communications skills both written and speaking.
Strong attention to detail.
IT literate
