My client is based in York, and operate within the Education sector.
Description
As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment including onboarding new starters, preparing contracts and offer letters, and offboarding leavers
- Absence management
- Supporting with induction training
- Answering employee queries in regards to holidays, absences, changes to contracts and benefits
- Minute taking in disciplinary and grievance meetings
- Managing the HR inbox
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role would be advantageous
- Excellent administration abilities
- Good communication skills
- Resilient and can do attitude
