Our client is looking for a part-time HR Assistant (22 hours / week) based on site at their stunning spa hotel to support the HR Manager and team in delivering a range of services to the service lines. This will include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations as well as helping to support employees and managers with a wide range of issues and challenges. The 22 hours are flexible and could be worked over 3,4 or 5 days.

Day to day responsibilities for the part-time HR assistant
- Deal with all aspect of candidate onboarding including RTW, DBS, contracts.
- Assist with advertising and screening of candidates
- Help drive retention strategy
- Support and advise line managers with ER CASES
- Accurately maintain and update all HRIS system
Required skills and qualifications.
- Previous experience working in a similar HR Assistantrole
- High attention to detail with a can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and proactive attitude
- CIPD level 3 or similar HR qualification is preferred but not essential
