Description
- Lead on employee relations cases
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- CIPD L5 +
- Experience dealing will all ER cases
- High employment law knowledge
- Excellent people management skills and able to adapt to different personalities and professional styles
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Adaptable in their day to day work
- Want to challenge yourself and take on new projects
Job Offer
- Annual salary ranging from £45,000
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down
- Option to buy / sell annual leave - 5 days if full time
